A buyer consultation is a simple, no-pressure conversation where I get to learn about what you're looking for — and you get to ask me anything. It's the step that sets the whole process up for success, and it costs you nothing but an hour of your time.

We will set up your online search based on your specific wants and needs in a property and review the results daily.

Congratulations you’re under contract. You will need to make an Earnest Money Deposit of 1%-3% of the purchase price typically within 3 days of the binding agreement.

You will sign the closing docs at your closing attorney’s office and take possession of your new home. Congratulations homeowner!

We will both sign a Buyer Brokerage Agreement, which outlines our responsibilities, protects your interests, and ensures you have dedicated, professional representation every step of the way.

We will work with you to select properties to begin touring. Most buyers typically tour 7-10 properties before a home they’re ready to make an offer on.

A home inspection is designed to reveal major defects and safety concerns with a property. All major systems including foundation, general structure, roof/attic, HVAC, plumbing, electrical appliances and exterior elements will be inspected.

If you are paying cash for your home you will need to provide proof of funds, otherwise you will need to apply with a lender to obtain a pre-approval prior to moving forward. Don’t have a lender, I can offer trusted recommendations.

We will help you prepare an offer and negotiate with the seller until accepted.

Your lender will order an appraisal and finalize the loan. Meanwhile, the attorney will run a title search to ensure clear title.
